-Who is eligible for clinical care with Evvy?

Anyone with a vagina over the age of 18 can purchase an Evvy test and get comprehensive results, a 1:1 coaching call, and a plan of clear next steps!

However, providers through Evvy's care platform can only offer treatment when they are able to clearly diagnose based on a patient's Evvy results and health history.

Today, providers through Evvy's care platform offer clinical care and integrative treatments if they can diagnose you with BV, AV, or a yeast infection or if they believe your microbiome can benefit from medical-grade probiotics.

Please note that providers through Evvy's care platform may determine that a patient's Evvy results and health history are not sufficient to reach a proper diagnosis or that the patient may require additional physical examinations prior to treatment (such as those with a history of gynecological cancer or active pregnancy). Providers will then refer the patient from Evvy's digital care platform to receive in-person care and a physical examination to establish the best treatment plan. No matter what, all Evvy tests come with a custom plan of clear next steps to talk to your doctor about, as well as a free 1:1 coaching call!

As a reminder, the Evvy test does not test for or treat STIs and does not replace your Pap smear or regular OBGYN visits.

-What differentiates Evvy's treatments from what I can get from my doctor or over-the-counter?

Providers on Evvy's care platform offer an innovative, integrative approach to vaginal health — not just antibiotics.

The treatments prescribed by an Evvy-affiliated provider are compounded specifically for you using medical-grade ingredients most likely to improve your microbiome and symptoms based on the latest literature.

Treatment may include targeted antibiotics and/or antifungals to suppress the prominent disruptive microbes, research-backed supplements to support the protective microbes, and personalized soothing ointments as necessary to reduce your specific symptoms as your microbiome transitions. All ingredients are either FDA-approved for vaginal health or are available over the counter, with literature supporting their use for vaginal health. Additionally, probiotics and supplements are made vaginally accessible to maximize their efficacy in shifting the vaginal microbiome.

Evvy’s care platform enables providers to leverage your comprehensive microbial profile and health history to select the right selection of these treatments in the right order — ensuring you end up with a treatment plan most likely to improve your vaginal health.

-Is a prescription treatment included in the price of the Evvy test?

No — every Evvy test includes comprehensive, physician-reviewed results, a custom plan of clear next steps, and a free 1:1 coaching call, but prescription treatments are not included in the price of the test, as they will vary from patient to patient depending on your results and health history.

-What kinds of treatments does Evvy offer?

A provider will review your results and determine a custom set of treatments for you based on your results and health history. This may include Rx medication and research-backed supplements, like medical grade boric acid, targeted antibiotics and antifungals, probiotic suppositories, custom soothing ointment, and more.

-How does a provider decide what treatment I get?

A provider will review your health history, clinical intake form, and your latest Evvy test results to decide the right treatment program for you. They will carefully review your allergies, past treatment experience, and the composition of your microbiome to select the specific prescriptions most likely to improve your microbiome and provide symptom relief.

-Does clinical care with Evvy include a live video or phone call with a provider?

To ensure that our customers are able to get care in a convenient and affordable way, we currently only offer asynchronous consultations. You'll be able to communicate with your doctor via chat as needed! Research shows that there's no significant difference in outcomes between async and in-person/live consultations — but it's something we're looking into offering in the future for those who want it.

-Can I pay with my FSA/HSA account?

Evvy’s Vaginal Health Test is eligible for reimbursement by most HSA and FSA plans, but we can't guarantee coverage because every plan is a little different. Check-in with your plan to make sure Evvy fits their guidelines. You can obtain an itemized receipt, as long as your kit is registered, by contacting our care team support@evvy.com.

-How long does an order take to ship?

Orders typically ship in 1-2 business days and take 3-5 days to arrive via USPS.

-Is Evvy CLIA compliant?

Yes — the Evvy Vaginal Health Test is a CLIA-validated test performed at a CLIA, CAP, and CLEP-certified lab.

During the rigorous validation process, our test showed improved analytical sensitivity and specificity over traditional methods — finally bringing in the power and precision of metagenomics to vaginal healthcare.

-Can I refund a test kit?

We offer a full refund for test kits if an order is canceled within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase.

If a refund is requested after 24 hours but within 14 days of purchase of a Vaginal Health Test, and if the sample is not returned to Evvy, we offer a refund in the amount of the test kit purchase price minus a $25 (USD) processing fee. The shipping and handling costs plus tax (if any and where applicable) are non-refundable.

No refunds are available after 14 days of purchase.

We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online.  If you find another online store that offers a lower price, for the same exact item, then  let us know within one week of purchase and we will refund you the difference in price.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the payment to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@lotusandwillow.com .

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable to any products you purchased with us.

As an authorized dealer of the various brands on Our website, Lotus and Willow LLC collaborates with different Partner Brand Suppliers and dropships their products directly from them. In line with this, We entrust the responsibility of handling all customer support inquiries related to their respective products to the Suppliers. This includes matters concerning returns, refunds, and cancellations, as the Suppliers maintain control over their own policies in these areas.

Whenever We receive a request or question specifically regarding a product from one of Our Partner Brand Suppliers we promptly redirect the inquiry to the Supplier's dedicated customer support team for assistance.

The pricing and policies for all sale items are determined solely by each individual Partner Brand Supplier, and are subject to change at the Supplier's discretion. Lotus and Willow LLC does not have control over these aspects.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

As previously stated, each Supplier has their own policies that must be adhered to. We suggest you read each product description carefully, as the terms for cancellation are sometimes (depending on the Supplier) stated therein. If you are unsure, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you.

The deadline for canceling an Order depends on each individual Brand supplier. Please email: support@lotusandwillow.com, and we will contact the Supplier to provide you with the necessary information.

Before a refund is issued from Lotus and Willow LLC, we will always confirm with the Suppliers of the product that the refund is approved.

This is to ensure that the You have met the terms and conditions before the payment is returned.

You will be informed of the Suppliers' terms and conditions by the Supplier and how they are to be met.

We'll initiate your refund immediately upon approval of the Supplier. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order.

Refund Timing

The timing of the refund may vary depending on the Supplier and their policies. You will be informed of the refund timing by the Supplier directly when You initiate a refund request.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, email: support@lotusandwillow.com, and we will put you in contact with the customer support team of the Partner Brand Supplier of the purchased Goods to ensure that your purchase meets their terms and conditions.

Each Supplier reserves the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet their return conditions at their own discretion.

Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to each Supplier. We allow the suppliers of each product to handle all customer service pertaining to their products, as the supplier controls their own return/refund/cancellation policies.

Contact us by email: support@lotusandwillow.com, and we will assist in connecting you with the correct Supplier customer support team to process your request.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. The supplier will inform you of their returns/refund policy in order to receive your refund for the returned Goods.

Gifts

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a refund/return, email: support@lotusandwillow.com, and we will put you in contact with the customer support team of the Partner Brand Supplier of the purchased Goods to ensure that your purchase meets their terms and conditions.

Each Supplier reserves the right to refuse refund/returns of any merchandise that does not meet their return conditions at their own discretion.

Received the Wrong Item

If you have received the wrong item, color, or size, we will be sure to get a resolution for you. Email: support@lotusandwillow.com immediately upon delivery, so that we can contact the Supplier to help make your order right. We require a photo(s) of the wrong item received. The Supplier may require the wrongly received item to be returned when providing a resolution. However, you will be informed of the Supplier's policy by the Supplier's customer support. We reserve the right to refuse to service any wrong item reported more than 30 days after the delivery date.
