 Materials and Care

  • Wicker Construction: Frontgate outdoor wicker furniture is handwoven from a grade of resin that has achieved a high-performance grade. Our 100% high-density polyethylene (HDPE) resin has many attributes: it's non-toxic and safe for the environment. It's also antimicrobial, a quality prohibiting fungus and mildew growth. In addition, the wicker won't splinter or rot in extreme temperatures (-94°F to 176°F), making our furniture an excellent choice for almost any climate.

  • Wicker Care: To extend the life of your wicker furniture, avoid direct contact with chlorine and saltwater. If your wicker furniture is placed near the ocean or a saltwater pool, we recommend rinsing weekly with water from your garden hose. Avoid close proximity to an open flame and artificial heat sources. We recommend using furniture covers or storing your wicker furniture indoors when not in use.

  • Cushion Construction: The quality of our outdoor furniture collection cushions is just as superior on the inside as it is on the exterior. We construct each seat cushion with a high-resiliency foam core wrapped in soft polyester. This excellent grade of polyurethane foam features a higher rebound factor and a softer surface for years of consistent comfort and firm support. The cushions are covered with 100% solution-dyed fabrics made in America's finest textile mills.

  • Cushion Care: Our cushions are crafted to provide years of comfort and performance in various climates and conditions. However, after extended or heavy rain, some water may penetrate into the inner foam core. If your cushions get wet, stand them on end, with the open zipper or seam side down, to help drain the water and speed the drying process. Also, be sure the cushion's foam core has completely dried before use.
  • To clean spills or stains, dilute one cup of chlorine bleach in one gallon of water and test in an inconspicuous area. Next, saturate a rag or brush in the bleach solution, scrub the entire cushion, rinse well with water, and let the cushions air dry.

Warranties for fabric, finish, and frame exclude normal wear and tear and require that furniture was properly maintained as outlined in care instructions.

    SHIPPING AND RETURNS:

    Shipping is free standard ground service or truck delivery. 

    If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, simply return it within 90 days, and we’ll replace it or refund the cost of the item (excluding Shipping and Handling fees). Clearance, monogrammed, customized, and made-to-order items are non-returnable. This includes indoor and outdoor furniture with special-order upholstery.

    Prior to accepting delivery on Threshold or In-home Truck shipments, please carefully inspect the item to ensure your complete satisfaction. If, during the delivery, it is noted that the package and item are clearly damaged, please refuse delivery.

    Order Confirmation:

    As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

    Order Shipment:

    If your order is in stock and we process the payment to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@lotusandwillow.com .

    As an authorized dealer of the various brands on Our website, Lotus and Willow LLC collaborates with different Partner Brand Suppliers and dropships their products directly from them. In line with this, We entrust the responsibility of handling all customer support inquiries related to their respective products to the Suppliers. This includes matters concerning returns, refunds, and cancellations, as the Suppliers maintain control over their own policies in these areas.

    Whenever We receive a request or question specifically regarding a product from one of Our Partner Brand Suppliers we promptly redirect the inquiry to the Supplier's dedicated customer support team for assistance.

    The pricing and policies for all sale items are determined solely by each individual Partner Brand Supplier, and are subject to change at the Supplier's discretion. Lotus and Willow LLC does not have control over these aspects.

    Before a refund is issued from Lotus and Willow LLC, we will always confirm with the Suppliers of the product that the refund is approved.

    This is to ensure that the You have met the terms and conditions before the payment is returned.

    We'll initiate your refund immediately upon approval of the Supplier. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order.

    Refund Timing

    The timing of the refund may vary depending on the Supplier and their policies. You will be informed of the refund timing by the Supplier directly when You initiate a refund request.

    Conditions for Returns

    In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, email: support@lotusandwillow.com, and we will put you in contact with the customer support team of the Partner Brand Supplier of the purchased Goods to ensure that your purchase meets their terms and conditions.

    Each Supplier reserves the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet their return conditions at their own discretion.

    Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.

    Returning Goods

    You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to each Supplier. We allow the suppliers of each product to handle all customer service pertaining to their products, as the supplier controls their own return/refund/cancellation policies.

    We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. The supplier will inform you of their returns/refund policy in order to receive your refund for the returned Goods.

    Gifts

    In order for the Goods to be eligible for a refund/return, email: support@lotusandwillow.com, and we will put you in contact with the customer support team of the Partner Brand Supplier of the purchased Goods to ensure that your purchase meets their terms and conditions.

    Each Supplier reserves the right to refuse refund/returns of any merchandise that does not meet their return conditions at their own discretion.

    Received the Wrong Item

    If you have received the wrong item, color, or size, we will be sure to get a resolution for you. Email: support@lotusandwillow.com immediately upon delivery, so that we can contact the Supplier to help make your order right. We require a photo(s) of the wrong item received. The Supplier may require the wrongly received item to be returned when providing a resolution. However, you will be informed of the Supplier's policy by the Supplier's customer support. We reserve the right to refuse to service any wrong item reported more than 30 days after the delivery date.
